By registering for our programs or establishing an account, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. Registration and Platform Access

  1. To access our comprehensive educational offerings, registration with accurate personal and professional information is mandatory.
  2. Participant accounts are strictly personal and may not be shared with or transferred to third parties.
  3. Access to premium programs is granted upon successful payment confirmation and is subject to the respective program terms and conditions.
  4. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must immediately notify us of any unauthorized account access.

3. Contract Duration and Termination

  1. The duration of program access and membership depends on the specific educational program or service package selected during enrollment.
  2. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (via email or through our support portal) and must comply with the notice periods specified in the individual program descriptions.
  3. For ongoing memberships and subscription services, terms automatically renew unless cancelled within the specified timeframe prior to renewal.
  4. Both parties retain the right to extraordinary termination for material breach or other good cause as defined by applicable law.

4. Payment Terms and Conditions

  1. All program fees are due in advance and are clearly communicated during the enrollment process before completion.
  2. We accept various payment methods as displayed on our platform during the checkout process, including major credit cards and bank transfers.
  3. For recurring memberships and subscription services, fees are automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.
  4. All refunds are processed according to our comprehensive refund policy and applicable consumer protection regulations.

5. Comprehensive Refund Policy

  1. Full program refunds are available within 14 days of initial enrollment if you are not completely satisfied with the educational content for any reason whatsoever.
  2. To request a refund, contact our education advisory team through our contact form or directly at programs@finwisebest.com with your enrollment details and specific reason for the refund request.
  3. After the initial 14-day period, refunds for ongoing memberships will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the remaining unused portion of your membership term.
  4. One-time program purchases, downloadable materials, and completed course modules are non-refundable after the initial 14-day satisfaction guarantee period has elapsed.
  5. If technical issues prevented you from accessing paid content for more than 72 consecutive hours, we will either extend your access period or issue a partial refund at our discretion.
  6. All approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase within 7-10 business days of approval confirmation.
  7. Personal security coaching programs and custom protection solutions have separate refund terms as specifically outlined in individual service agreements.
  8. Refund requests submitted after program completion or after accessing more than 75% of the program content may be declined at FinWiseBest's discretion.

6. Platform Usage Rules and Restrictions

  1. Educational content and materials may be used exclusively for personal, non-commercial learning and professional development purposes.
  2. Copying, distributing, sharing, or reselling program materials with third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
  3. In community forums and security discussion areas, we expect professional, respectful, and constructive participation at all times.
  4. FinWiseBest reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access for violations of these usage rules or inappropriate conduct.

7. Educational Content and Disclaimer

  1. Our educational content serves informational and professional development purposes and does not constitute personalized legal, financial, or security advice.
  2. Application of the strategies, frameworks, and concepts taught is undertaken at your own risk and should consider your individual circumstances and security context.
  3. While we strive for accuracy and currentness of all educational materials, we cannot guarantee completeness or freedom from errors in rapidly evolving security environments.
  4. Security and financial decisions should always be made with consideration of professional advice appropriate to your specific situation and regulatory environment.

8. Limitation of Liability

  1. FinWiseBest's liability is limited to cases involving intent and gross negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
  2. For instances of slight negligence, our liability is restricted to breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to reasonably foreseeable damages.
  3. Liability for data loss is limited to typical recovery costs that would be incurred under normal circumstances.
  4. These liability limitations do not apply to damages involving life, body, health, or violations of fundamental rights.

9. Intellectual Property and Copyright Protection

  1. All program content, educational materials, videos, assessments, and related resources are protected by comprehensive copyright and intellectual property laws.
  2. Upon program enrollment, you receive only a time-limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the materials for personal learning purposes.
  3. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation may result in immediate termination of access and legal action for damages.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

  1. The collection, processing, and protection of your personal data is conducted in strict accordance with our comprehensive Privacy Policy.
  2. Use of our platform requires the storage of certain technical data (cookies and similar technologies) for essential functionality and security purposes.

11. Final Provisions and Governing Law

  1. FinWiseBest reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions as necessary to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Participants will be notified of significant changes in advance through appropriate channels.
  2. Should any provisions of these terms be deemed invalid or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
  3. Singapore law applies exclusively to these terms, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Singapore, to the extent legally permissible.
